Services Provided

LondonHubs provides business address and communication services. We do not provide legal or financial advice.

AML and Compliance

As a provider of Registered Office addresses, we are subject to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date Identity Documents (KYC) for all directors and significant shareholders upon request.
  • Failure to provide adequate identification may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your services without a refund.
  • Note: We currently have a pending application with HMRC for AML supervision.

Payment and Subscriptions

  • Services are billed in advance (monthly or annually) via Stripe.
  • We do not offer pro-rata refunds for early cancellation of annual plans.

Mail Handling

  • We reserve the right to return to sender or destroy any mail that we suspect is fraudulent, illegal, or dangerous.
  • It is your responsibility to maintain a forwarding balance if you have opted for physical mail forwarding.
